CRM Outlook installation and configuration


Download CRM Outlook from following link
Once download complete double click on downloaded file (CRMv4.0-i386-client-ENU).
Click on Run
 
Following window will appear, create a folder and select by click browse button then click on OK.
 
Then files extract will start as shown below.
 
Once extract complete confirmation window will appear as shown below click on OK.
 
Double-click on SetupClient.exe, which is located with the installation files in the extracted folder:
Click Update installation files, wait until the update process is complete, and then click Next
 
Choose  Install Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook (Recommended)

 
On the License Agreement page, review the information. If you accept the license agreement, select I accept this license agreement, and then click I Accept
 The program features are installed and a progress indicator is displayed

On the Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook Setup Completion page, click Close

 
Configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook
After Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook is installed, it must be configured. When you restart Outlook after you have installed Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook, the Configuration Wizard starts automatically
On the Welcome page, click Next
 
Select An online service provider. t to Microsoft Dynamics CRM only through the Internet and then click on next.
 
Enter web address <CRM URL>   on  Connect  to Microsoft dynamic CRM  window and clink on next. 
 
Then following window will appear. Enter CRM username and password, and clink on OK
 On the Configuration Complete page, click Finish. If you encounter a problem during this procedure, click View the log file to review information about the configuration
 
Once restart the outlook(close and re-open).
Now we can see Microsoft Dynamic CRM in Outlook left plane and manage from OUTLOOK as shown below.
